Ouster Names Shaluinn Fullove as Chief People Officer to Drive Global Growth and Talent Strategy

Ouster, Inc. (Nasdaq: OUST) (“Ouster” or the “Company”), a leader in sensing and perception for Physical AI, today announced the appointment of Shaluinn Fullove as Chief People Officer. In this role, Fullove will join the Executive Leadership Team and report directly to the CEO, leading the Company’s global people strategy.

Fullove joins Ouster as a seasoned operator with over twenty years of leadership experience scaling companies from early stage to over a billion-dollars in revenue. Her extensive background includes pivotal roles at Google, Lyft, Nest, and GM, where she successfully spearheaded large-scale organizational transformations, M&A integrations, and global talent development.

“We are at a critical juncture in Ouster’s trajectory, where our focus on scaling our global operations and maintaining our innovative culture is paramount,” said Angus Pacala, CEO of Ouster. “Shaluinn brings not only an exceptional track record of scaling high-caliber teams at iconic companies, but also invaluable experience building organizations at frontier-technology companies. Her work with pioneers in Physical AI, autonomous vehicles and robotics will be extremely valuable as we continue to build a resilient, high-performing organization. We are thrilled to have her onboard in our mission to build a safer and more sustainable future.”

As Ouster expands its ecosystem, Fullove will oversee the complete employee lifecycle. Her mandate includes unifying Ouster’s diverse workforce – ranging from R&D engineers to go-to-market teams – into a cohesive global culture. She will also spearhead the development of public-company grade people infrastructure, including talent acquisition, organizational design and development.

“I am incredibly excited to join Ouster at such a pivotal moment for the Company and the broader Physical AI landscape,” said Shaluinn Fullove, Chief People Officer at Ouster. “Ouster’s commitment to building a safer, more sustainable future through rigorous design and innovative technology deeply resonates with me. My focus will be on building a high-performance organization that attracts the best talent in the world and drives the organizational excellence required to support our mission.”

Fullove’s career is defined by her ability to bridge the gap between complex engineering organizations and operational strategy. During her tenure at BrightDrop (GM), she scaled the organization significantly in two years while serving on the GM HR Executive Team. Her experience leading international operations at global organizations across Europe and Asia is instrumental as Ouster scales its global presence.
