Ouma Connect is built for agencies to streamline workflows, gain insights, and improve efficiency related to MFM clearances. Every candidate an agency has  referred sits on one status board, giving agency staff a comprehensive and detailed view of the progress of each candidate, the days spent in the current stage, and the next appointment. The board automatically highlights action items for the agency to complete to decrease clearance turnaround times.. OnceOuma clears a candidate, the MFM clearance letter appears on the agency’s Reports page the moment Ouma releases it.

Questions, revision requests, and changes can all be managed through Connect instead of email. with each request tied to its referral with the Ouma team’s replies in the same thread. From any active referral, an agency can also create a private status link for the intended parents. Each agency gets its own branded referral form and a standing referral link for its coordinators, so new referrals arrive on the board already attributed to the agency.
